The Clergy Retirement Security Program (CRSP) and Retirement Security Program for General Agencies (RSP) went into effect January 1, 2007. These plans provide retirement benefits to clergy and general agency employees of The United Methodist Church. These new plans are part of the legislation introduced at the 2004 General Conference.
