Long-Term Care Insurance Plan
The General Board offers a group long-term care insurance plan with John Hancock Life Insurance Company, one of the nation's top long-term care providers, underwriting the plan.
Who is eligible?
If you are in a participating conference* or organization, you are eligible for the plan if you are:
- an active clergy or lay plan participant in any General Board plan working at least 20 hours per week with a General Board-affiliated employer,
- a retiree, or
- a relative (as defined by the plan) of these eligible participants and retirees.

Notes: The controlling terms and conditions of the plan are contained in the contracts between John Hancock and the General Board and the plan summary, policies, and certificate of insurance issued by John Hancock (collectively the "Documents"). If there are conflicts between the Documents and this Web site, the terms of the Documents shall control.
*The following conferences are not currently participating in the John Hancock Long-Term Care Insurance Plan.
