WebMD Health Risk Assessment
The WebMd Health Risk Assessment, or HRA, is a health questionnaire that asks a variety of questions about lifestyle habits such as physical activity level, eating habits, and stress—and biometric measurements such as cholesterol and blood pressure. The HRA combines lifestyle and biometric answers and gives you a HealthQuotientTM summary and report. The report provides an overall HQ score (ranging from 0 to 100), as well as a health risk status for each category covered in the HRA. In addition, the HRA presents action steps to help you improve your score for any given health category.
