January Pension Payments Delayed Due to Processing Error

Pension payments were released by the General Board with an incorrect effective date due to a processing error related to the first business day of the New Year. The payments were to have been released for deposit on January 2^nd ,the first business day of January. A date of January 5^th was entered in error.

We will work with any participant who incurs bank fees as a result of this error. Should you incur a fee, please contact the General Board at prcwebteam@gbophb.org or 1-800-851-2201. Representatives will be available on Monday.
